Maxie Mandel

Maxie Mandel is a 20-year-old singer-songwriter who uses her music to uplift, empower and inspire. She plays piano and guitar to write contemporary songs that transcend any one particular genre, and her vocals amplify the emotional truth in her lyrics. Maxie writes for the invisible, and sings for the underdog.

Before relocating to Los Angeles from her hometown of Philadelphia in 2024, Maxie was featured in Main Line Today magazine’s “Next Gen: 15 Local Leaders Under the Age of 30” for her musical community service work. She is the founder of Maxie’s Hot Chocolate House, an annual Main Line teen concert event that benefits World Café Live Education. One of her songs written for Brandon’s Voice advocates for autism awareness. Lately, she has been performing her originals to benefit local organizations with missions that resonate with her lyrics. Maxie was recognized as a top five Pop finalist in Philly’s PHL LIVE Center Stage Competition. Maxie was also named a semi-finalist in the 2020 International Songwriting Competition for her song “The Reckoning”.

She currently performs around Los Angeles and spends much of her time in the studio writing for Film and TV and other projects, while working on her debut album to be released in late 2025. Maxie’s latest single, “Shot in the Dark”, is out now on all streaming platforms!
